La Samana is without a
doubt one of the nicest oceanfront houses on idyllic Harbour Island.
This wonderfully decorated hideaway is located just steps from the
glorious pale coral sand beach and its view of the ocean is sublime.
Built on two floors with a delightful exterior fretwork balustrade, La
Samana is ideal for one couple, a family or a group of friends.
Nestled into a lush garden, this charming house, which is white with
blue shutters, is the quintessential beach retreat. Casual yet with
done with great style. Gradual steps from the parking area lead up to a
terrace with a covered dining area and chaises longues under a pergola.
Four screened double doors open into the living and dining areas and
another pair open into the master bedroom. Downstairs are four more
bedrooms – two of which have screened doors onto a lower terrace that
also has a table with chairs and chaises longues. Across the lawn on
this level is a short sandy path leading to the island’s famous beach.

king-size bed, wonderful ocean views and bathroom en suite with a
