Ocean House is everyone’s favorite two-bedroom house on Harbour Island. Not only is it in a great and private location but it’s just steps away from the famous, pale pink sand beach. Built into a small hill, the entrance on the top level looks like an adorable pink Bahamian cottage and from the lower level on the other side, it looks like a mini West Indian plantation house. From both floors are ocean views. Making the exterior even more charming is the Chinese Chippendale style railing surrounding the top floor’s large porch. Inside, the attention paid to detail continues with well-appointed rooms and spacious bathrooms with both a shower and tub. It may look small but Ocean House lives like a big house.   

Main (Entrance) Level

• Bedroom with a king-size bed, a small alcove with a single bed and large bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Sliding doors open to a wrap around porch with both covered and open areas.

• Living room with a dining area and full kitchen. Sliding glass doors open to a lower covered porch.

Notes
Guests at Ocean House may run a tab at Dunmore Beach Club’s bar and restaurant and may use the tennis court on a priority basis. Guests may also use the fax in the office. The club’s wonderful manager can act as concierge and will arrange fishing or diving trips, golf cart rental, a beach barbeque, massage at the house, a cocktail party etc.
