Six Shillings, originally built as a private residence on the grounds of the Pink Sands Club, was recently enlarged and renovated. Sitting on two very private oceanfront acres with a well-landscaped and colorful garden, the property is comprised of two houses. The main house has two air-conditioned bedrooms that open onto a large wrap around deck with both covered and uncovered sitting areas as well as a dining table with an umbrella and chairs. Both spacious bedrooms are located on either side of the Great Room which also has French doors opening onto the deck. From all rooms in the main house the view of the famous pink sand beach and turquoise ocean is absolutely beautiful.

Outside in the garden and 25 ft. from the main house is a charming cottage, surrounded by palms and bougainvilleas, with an additional air-conditioned bedroom. Throughout the lush garden are a variety of palms, casuarina, almond and other flowering trees that provide ample shade. At its foot is a private boardwalk to the beach. Located within walking distance of picturesque Dunmore Town, this wonderful waterfront beach house is the perfect secluded setting for a Bahamian vacation.

Chef and extra maid service. Claudine, the housekeeper, can cook light meals and help in the kitchen. Payment and arrangements are made directly with her.
