Located in the gated community of Virgin Grand Estates in Gift Hill, Abrigado has views of Great Cruz Bay and St. Thomas beyond. This unusual house is one of the most eco-sensitive on this beautiful island. From its environmentally sustainable furniture to its solar re-circulating pool pump, Abrigado sets the standard for other new properties. Inside the décor is contemporary, very fun and features Kannoa & Gloster furniture, stone floors and in the kitchen: Brazilian onyx countertops, Caribbean blue glass tiles, European hardware and mahogany cabinets. The spacious and colorful bedrooms are located in the north wing and their bathrooms have Grohe fixtures, rainforest showers, European glass tile and mosaic mirrors.

Outside a huge infinity edge swimming pool has a large, open-air pavilion with sitting and dining areas at one end and an outdoor bar under a pergola along one side. With is western view, sunsets here are wonderful as are the twinkling lights that dot hillsides below at night. Abrigado is a great house for families and it’s less than a 10-minute drive to Cruz Bay and both north and south shore beaches.
