Arundel is a sophisticated 2-acre hideaway above Cane Garden Bay, which has the most amazing views of the ocean and 15 green islands beyond. Comprised of three pavilions, this fantastic house has been beautifully designed – on one side of the pool is the palatial master suite pavilion and on the other side is another pavilion with the guest rooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and each is equipped with cable TV, DVD and CD players, VCR, mini-fridge, safe and Arundel bathrobes. The third pavilion is the main house with the kitchen and the dining and living areas, which are superbly furnished with upholstered elephant bamboo and many exotic treasures from around the world.

One of the most wonderful features of Arundel is its the expansive garden terrace edged by tropical gardens with orchids and herbs and set with a 21' x 25' x 4' pool and hot tub seating 6. Serenity is provided by the tranquil sounds of a nearby fountain and fishpond. Unique and beautifully finished, you'll be pampered at secluded Arundel. This is a great house and one of the chicest on the island!

Amenities
The main pavilion has a stereo system, 2 CD players, iPod docking station, extensive music collection, large movie collection, books, games, DSL line and Wi-Fi for your laptop (works in most areas of 3 pavilions), fax machine with dedicated fax line, answering machine, baby grand piano and gourmet kitchen with dishwasher. Each Arundel bedroom has A/C, cable TV, DVD and CD players, VCR, an iPod docking station, bathrobes for guests' use and hair dryer. Master suite pavilion has safe for valuables, massage table (masseuse and in-house spa treatments available). 2nd safe for valuables, gas grill, portable nylon crib/playpen for infants; fish pond and fountain; some assorted snorkel gear, coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas; automatic generator, electronic gate into property. Janet, Arundel's accomplished and very nice manager/housekeeper/very good cook, will have a welcome basket readied for your arrival and breakfast items (usually fruit, bread, butter, coffee, tea, eggs and bacon) for your first morning.

Staff
Maid service is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (except holidays)

Services Available at an Additional Cost
Janet's available by advance arrangement to prepare breakfast, lunches or dinners. Janet can prepare and serve a delicious dinner for 6 persons for $150 plus the cost of groceries and beverages. Please contact me before your arrival, if you'd like to arrange for Janet to cook. She will also do your personal laundry at your request ($20/load to wash, dry and fold). The provisioning fee for advance shopping for groceries and liquor is $50.

Notes
  • A notarized liability waiver is required for children under 8 years.
  • This house may also be rented with just one or two bedrooms depending on the time of year.
