Nestled on an acre of land on Provo’s
quiet south shore, Etoile de Mer has lovely water views, lots of charm
and is just 600 ft. from Taylor Bay Beach. This Bahamian style house with gingerbread trim is built on
three floors and is set amidst palm trees in a flower filled tropical
garden. The main level living areas are on the second floor, which has
French doors in every room opening to a wrap-around verandah. From
there steps lead down to a large terrace, pool and a gazebo with a
sofa, coffee table and chairs. This very appealing house, with Georgia
pine floors and good looking and comfy Tommy Bahama furniture, was
designed so that soft tropical breezes constantly flow throughout. It
was also designed for privacy as the bedrooms are all set apart. The
master suite is on the top floor, two guest suites are on the main
floor and the optional fourth bedroom is on the ground level in an
air-conditioned apartment.
From the house a path past two private tennis courts with a “clubhouse”
leads to Taylor Bay (also known as Sunset Bay). This beautiful
crescent-shaped beach has sugar white sand and crystal clear turquoise
water that is shallow for quite away out. It’s perfect for children and
at the same time, it’s a lolling paradise for adults. All of this makes Etoile de Mer a wonderful house for a family or group of friends.
Main Floor (reached by outside stairs from the ground level)

balcony with romantic sunset views across Taylor Bay.

Amenities
Air conditioning in master bedroom and apartment, telephone, high speed
wireless Internet access, ceiling fans throughout, cable TV, VCR, DVD,
CD, microwaves, dishwashers, linens, washer/dryer, gas grill, water
cooler, outdoor shower, beach towels and chairs, rafts, games, 2 cribs,
some snorkeling equipment, tennis racquets and a sea kayak. Guests are met at the
airport and they have complimentary use of the tennis courts.

· Etoile de Mer may be rented as a 3 or 4 bedroom house. The apartment
is never rented
