Farlands, named after its owners, is high on the hill with a panoramic view of Mount Nevis, St. Kitts, Saba and the ocean. It also has a great view of the Botanical Gardens, fabulous sunset views and is close to the famous Montpelier Plantation Hotel, which has a very good restaurant.

The West Indian style main house and guest house are white with blue shutters and gingerbread trim and sit in a lush garden with many varieties of tropical fruit (lots of mangos). In front of the main house is a 30' x 15' pool and beside it, reached by a little bridge, is a large gazebo, which is one of the three outdoor living and dining rooms. Very private, Farlands is nicely and comfortably furnished in traditional Caribbean floral patterns reflecting the owners love of Nevisian flowers and colors.

• Master bedroom with a 4-poster king-size bed draped in mosquito netting and bathroom en suite. Shuttered doors lead to the outdoor living room and dining area on the verandah and down to the pool.
• Bedroom with 2 wrought iron double beds and bathroom en suite. It's on the lower level, is adjacent to the pool and has access to the one and half-acre garden.
