style, sits on 400 feet of Sandy Lane Beach and has extensive and
beautifully landscaped gardens. This classic ocean front property,
designed in 1958 by renowned architects Robertson Ward, is built on one
level with coral stone interior and exterior walls. Heronetta also has
an "entertaining pavilion" with latticed arches and a sound system, a
floodlit tennis court and a 20' x 35' swimming pool with its own
