Ocean Pearl is a wonderful new property with great style. Set in a
dazzling location on the southeastern shore of Provo, this very chic,
fully air-conditioned house has 134’ of ocean frontage on Long Bay. It
was designed to maximize the sublime visuals and so all rooms have
glorious panoramic views across the large infinity pool to the
brilliant turquoise Caribbean.
From the beautifully appointed Great Room, dining room and bedrooms,
perfectly proportioned French doors open to the large pool terrace with
travertine marble decking and comfy chaises lounges. A few steps down
is another terrace, which has a spectacular gas fire-pit with circular
marble seating and a built-in Viking barbeque – perfect for dining
outdoors around the fire pit or in the covered dining area overlooking
the pool. The landscaped garden and pool are both lit and outdoor
speakers provide music from Ocean Pearl’s state of the art
entertainment system. From the lower terrace, steps lead down to the
ocean for swimming and snorkeling.

Amenities
Fully air conditioned by state of the art 'chiller system', wide screen
plasma satellite TV, DVD, CD, surround sound stereo system, selection
of books, games and DVDs, fully equipped laundry room, ceiling fans in
bedrooms, Molton Brown products and kayaks
Staff
Housekeeping twice per week (usually Wednesday and Saturday). Guests
are met at the airport by Jean, the very nice and helpful Property
Manager, who will lead guests to the house. She is available during
normal working hours and will help arrange activities or restaurants.
Jean is also available after working hours in case of emergencies.

· The central air conditioning is metered and charged back to the guest
· No children under 10 without prior notice
· Leeward Bay Marina is about 3 minutes, Grace Bay Beach and the Golf
Club are about 5
minutes and Long Bay Beach is about 10 minutes.
