Seven Peaks is a wonderful house, which sits just 50 feet above Cane Garden Bay. Even from across the water this charming house looks totally appealing. Comprised of three buildings surrounded by lush tropical foliage, one enters the very private property via a palm-lined driveway. As Seven Peaks is strung along the coastline, from everywhere in the house are dazzling views of crystal clear turquoise water and Cane Garden’s white sand beach, one of the prettiest on the island. This very West Indian style house is painted a soft yellow with bright blue gingerbread architectural accents. Its interiors reflect the simple yet chic taste of the owner and are designed to have the sublime view as the focal point.

The main pavilion houses the kitchen, which is surrounded by windows, and a dining room, which has one open wall facing the sea. From there a short passageway leads to a bi-level living room with steps down to the main seating area. Lots of windows surround this airy room that also has large glass doors opening to a covered terrace and to the secluded 11' x 21' kidney-shaped pool with sun and shade terraces on two levels. Connected by a pergola at the end of the main pavilion is the very private and air-conditioned master bedroom suite. In the third pavilion are two more air-conditioned bedrooms that are reached by a curved staircase. Throughout the house are saltillo tile floors, handcrafted local teak pieces and mahogany shelving and cabinetry. A wooden staircase from the pool deck goes down to a stony beach for shelling and snorkeling offshore. Incredible views with the surf lapping on the shoreline below combined with a very comfortable and stylish house make Seven Peaks one of the most sought after on the island.

• King-size bed, bathroom en suite with an large tiled walk-in shower with a picture window and a bidet, a lower level studio/office area and a private covered balcony with a table and chairs

• Bedroom with a queen-size sleigh bed, windows al around and a door opening to a balcony with a table and chairs
• Bedroom with twin beds and a door opening to the same balcony with a table and chairs
• Bathroom, shared by the above two bedrooms, with a shower and two sinks

• Cane Garden Bay's nightspots are just down the coast from Seven Peaks. On some nights there may be live entertainment. If you choose to stay home instead of joining the jump-up, you may want to close your bedroom doors and turn on the air-conditioning to shut out late-night music drifting across the bay; however, this hasn’t been a problem yet.
